We have an older house that required a complete new system including ducts and relocation of the furnace/AC unit. BFS gave us a detailed quote and discussed options for our system. The work was perfromed very professionally, and the workers were very considerate of my family when they were around. They also discussed issues that were discovered during the install and discussed every deviation from the original plan. "I would recommend Preston and Mallard Mechanical to anybody in the area looking to buy a new furnace/AC, or even just general HVAC maintenance. We closed on our house on a Friday with the AC not working and the furnace on its way out. We called Mallard Mechanical that morning and the equipment was ordered that same day and the install scheduled for the following Tuesday. The day of the install Preston was on site right on time and got our old AC and furnace torn out and the new system put in all in the same day. He was extremely professional and kept a VERY clean work site. He made sure to go over everything about the new system with my wife and I and even took care of setting up the city inspection for the new system. Last but absolutely not least, Mallard Mechanical's prices are extremely fair and I cannot imagine finding better service anywhere else for as good of a price as we got with Mallard Mechanical.
