"So far when Choice Home Warranty is needed they are right trying all there mite to complete what need that I have. I call about my heating system today and they started right then trying to locate a technician to repair or as they say replace. I just know it's very cold and we need the heat very much there is small children in the home. I believe the CHW will do what they say they'll do and more."

I was and still am a little skeptical as to how clean they really got my duct system because I notice no decrease in dust or particles floating in the air. I was not impressed with the van or the personal appearance but I was impressed with the attitude and fortitude in accomplishing the job. They were very polite and hard working. I do not know if anyone could have done a better job this is the first experience with duct cleaning I have had so I am not sure what I should have expected. I was disappointed in the clean up and when they put the return supply hardware back on they were put on upside down of course I did not let them know my husband noticed when he arrived home after they had left. I am not certain I would use this type of service again unless someone could prove I was getting my money's worth in duct cleaning.
