"Phil's team did a great job. They were punctual. They kept their work area clean, and left the place looking like it did before they came. The guys were professional, and Phil followed up with me at my home after the install to do a final inspection of the work. Phil got me significantly increased air flow for a marginal additional cost. This was probably the best part of the service. He understands how to maximize the system. "I was having a problem with MS Office not responding and other files being very, very slow to open. Jim started looking for the cause right away. He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway. Jim is a very capable and experienced computer analyst that will get after your problem because he fully understands the importance of, and the need to have a working computer in the house.

"They came in to inspect our firplace and chimney the summer of 2012, and they were honest with us. "Awesome, Jeff was very knowledgeable on system and how it would work. He did not try to sell me something that I did not need. Other company wanted to install a pump system that would have cost me $10,000 instead of $5080. Workers were extremely nice and hard working. They cleaned up their mess everyday before leaving the job site. They had the job done in 2 days instead of 5.

"So far when Choice Home Warranty is needed they are right trying all there mite to complete what need that I have. I call about my heating system today and they started right then trying to locate a technician to repair or as they say replace. I just know it's very cold and we need the heat very much there is small children in the home. I believe the CHW will do what they say they'll do and more."
