The job was complex and included replacing AC and an air handler with a new Lennox system, adding two Mitsubishi heating and cooling units and replacing two boilers working in tandem and providing heat for domestic hot water, radiant floors and the heat for the main house. "My furnace quit the Friday before New Years Day. Marvin Wooten was suggested by Home Advisor and accepted my request to repair my furnace. He arrived in a timely manner and did a temporary fix to get me heat as this was one of the coldest days of the year. I forgot to mention the furnace is 36 years old. He tracked down the required part and returned to install it, There was a problem with the new part not being completely compatible with the old furnace. He worked most of the day Friday, but could not get the new part to work. We went back to the temporary fix and Marvin said he would return the next day. He did some research that evening and when he returned Saturday, he got the new part to work and I now have a furnace that is running like new, considering it is 36 years old. Marvin was friendly, professional and followed through on what he said he would do. I whole heartedly recommend Marvin as the person to go to when there is a problem with a furnace.
