In conversation with Alex I discussed the possibility of replacing my 17 year old unit which had been a problem with 3 previous service calls in the last year. Within a day he sent me an estimate which was very competitive and reasonable. Within 2 weeks he replaced both my compressor and air handler in a very hot attic. His team was very professional and completed the job in about 5 hours. Even in very hot weather his team remained focused and answered all my questions and concerns. "Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil.
Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.
