"My boiler broke in the middle of winter, seemingly the only time these break. I submitted a request for help late at night through Home Advisor and Kerby responded right away and said he would be there first thing in the morning. And he was. I was thinking my entire boiler was broken and needed to be replaced. He assured me it was a simple fix, would be fast and much cheaper than a replacement. He identified the issue, went to get the replacement piece, and was back in 20 minutes to install it. I mentioned I was having issues getting heat up to my 2nd floor and he identified that issue (a loose valve) right away. We also discussed options for more efficient heating for when I'm ready in the future. Kerby was efficient, professional, respectful (he didn't walk on the dining room rug with his work boots on even after I assured him it was ok!) and nice to chat with. "I recently had the furnace in our condominium replaced by Home Comfort Heating & Cooling Solutions LLC. Stephen Viglione Jr, the contact person, was very knowledgeable. He inspected the existing installation and duct work. Our condo is essentially a free-standing 1700 square foot ranch-style house. For our unit size and layout he recommended a 90,000 btu furnace. He patiently explained to me the alternative furnace types (80% efficiency & 90% efficiency), options that could be added (programmable thermostat, humidifier built-into the furnace installation), and the various brands he would recommend for our unit. I selected a 90,000 BTU 80% efficient Lennox forced-air gas furnace Model ML180UH090P36B, and we scheduled an installation for 3 days later. On the day of the installation, the crew arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time (8 am), removed the old furnace, installed the new one and fitted it to the existing duct work. They were finished by noon and the installation was perfectly clean. I had two follow-up meetings with Steve to pay for the furnace and add the documentation tray for it. I had to re-schedule one of the meetings twice because of my own work requirements. I particularly appreciate the flexibility that Steve showed, accommodating my irregular schedule. In all, I would rate this an excellent experience."
