They had it repaired and juiced up with free-on within an hour. I also asked for a quote on a new furnace/ac and was presented with a quote within 2 days, unlike Gilchrest who never got back to me with a quote and a year later when I asked Gilchrest for the quote, I was told that his van was in the shop and he didn't know when he would be able to come by to give me a quote.
