"They were late. However, when they got here, they worked quickly and professionally. I had my ducts cleaned, dryer vents, plus had a APCO UV light system installed. I had a friend have this done at her house, and she was very happy with the results. However, she doesn’t live in Memphis, so used a different company. I suffer from bad allergies which causes me issues with asthma. My house was built in 1953, and was retrofitted with HVAC in 1968. I had the ducts cleaned in 2006 after having the floors refinished. However, that company used negative pressure which was ok. Choates used the brush system which I feel sure did a much better job. By the way, this is a messy project because they take the vent covers off and actually put the rotating wheel brush up into the vents. However, they did vacuum after themselves before they left. The being late was due to a miscommunication from someone in their office forgetting to call and let me know. I don’t think that will happen again."

Opach's A/C also installed a new wireless thermostat. This thermostat allows us to check the temperature of the home when we are away and to adjust it while away as well. It also checks the weather. Opach's A/C & Heating staff and crew were very professional, and their services were competitively priced and they did a great job. I've had my unit for several days now and it's still working wonderfully. I will definately use Opach's A/C & Heating again."

"Our dryer went out due to overheating of the element. Contacted our appliance repair and they told us it was due to the dryer vent being clogged and preventing heat to go out.  I emailed Sharon on Monday evening, not expecting a response until morning however, she called almost 5 minutes after I hit send on the email.
Sharon told me should could be out at 9 on Wednesday and complete the job.  At 855 she pulled up in the driveway, unloaded here equipment and within the hour (at the most) she was done, cleaned up, and gone.  A very professional individual and will call her annually now to get this done.  I have also provided her name and number to several friends.
