"I communicated with Joel over the phone since I was away when my heater stopped working. He was polite, responsive and easy to work with. After discussing initial diagnosis of the problem and possible repair options we ended up with replacing the gas furnace. His price was reasonable and he accommodated his schedule to install a new gas furnace during the New Year holiday. This morning I had to call Joel because the furnace was making some sporadic noise and I asked him to check it out for me. Honestly, I was hoping for him to look at it within a few days. He came to the house within 2 hours or so and took his time to find out the cause of the sporadic noise (he said apparently some loose metallic parts touching each other when the variable speed motor shifts to high speed mode making a banging noise). He said he tightened the loose parts to fix the problem. I am impressed with his timely response, professionalism and honesty. I recommend him for similar repairs and installations."

"East Coast replaced our gas furnace and water heater. Dave, the salesman, was very easy to work with. He is knowledgeable and listened to our requirements without pressuring us to make the sale and promptly responded to every question and request for a revised quote. East Coast had the best price of the three bids we received. The two young men who did the work were here on time, worked hard and got the job done in one day. They accommodated a Request that we had about placement of controls without hesitation. They left the area very clean and neat. The water heater works fine. I previously had two other HVAC companies give the system a once over and both immediately went into salesperson mode; simply pushing me to replace the entire system. (To be fair, they aren't wrong.
