"The appointment was made within 2 days of contacting them. The technician (Brian) was punctual for a 7:30 am appointment. Once there, Brian did a fantastic job of communicating the services that he was performing and kept me very informed about the status of the AC system. He found some issues that had been previously overlooked by former HVAC technicians and provided me with a very detailed understanding of what the outlook for my unit should be in the future. "While out of town, got word basement might be flooded. Called Schede to check boiler and hot water heater.. They went out the same day. Discovered sump pump wasn't working so replaced it. Cost pump and labor $800. Over the years they have responded to many problems, leaking faucets and stuck drains. Biggest project replace boiler for steam heat. Took 5 guys to wrestle boiler down a narrow basement stairway. Patient with a few family disagreements. Nothing to do with them. Installation successful. They've always been prompt courteous and non judgemental when encountering crazy working conditions. Think they are great. Boiler and hot water heater were fine. They installed both."
