They were very responsive. We had a technician here in a day who figured out there was a leak. Finding the source, and how to isolate it was anything but simple. The tech in charge persisted (figured out, in fact that the system had been piped wrong) and solved the problem over the course of a day and a half. Many would have thrown up their hands or managed some bad technical band-aid. It was expensive (but plumbing sort of always is, and I don't think this rose to the level of unfair), but importantly the system is now better understood and there's no more leak. On top of that all of my questions were answered and the work was done well. Highly recommended."
