"When another company told us we had to have our furnace replaced, Andrews Property Maintenance came in and fixed it quickly and the repair was only a couple hundred dollars instead of over $5000. We have since had them install a new Central Air system and new propane gas lines for an addition. They even helped us get our water heater and furnace back online after basement flooding. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"your sales rep was a pro and did really know his furnaces and agreed with me that the top 5 furnaces were almost equal and that it really did come down to the install that would be the game changer and he couldn't tell me who the installer was. He did however, call the office and gave me the name of the local installer but knew nothing about him. I tried to locate him in the phone book with no luck."
