I initially spoke with Jim on the phone, and he tried to troubleshoot what might be wrong prior to scheduling a diagnostic visit. Since we couldn't pinpoint the issue, Jim sent a technician to look at the furnace the next day. Robert was able to diagnose the failing part in about 10-15 minutes. Not only did he explain the whole issue and all my options, but he also is going to file a claim to maximize my warranty. While fixing the furnace, Robert brought to my attention exhaust vents that were improperly installed in my attic as well. He didn't have to, but took pictures and helped explain exactly what should be corrected. Superior customer service all around!!"
