Upon further inspection, he found the header beam was split. So Mr Woolever suggested it should be fixed immediately. Our garage door service company concurred. So within a day of the cabinet job being finished, he also finished reframing the garage opening. Needless to say, the garage door seals, and our home is much warmer. Both jobs at an amazing price....and top notch customer service and craftsmanship. He even cleaned up some of our mess when he was tidying up from his work. Very highly recommended. Thank you."

"When I was looking for a new high efficiency furnace, I received several quotes and Sure Temp was almost $800 cheaper than any other Carrier dealer. They were on time and did a neat and effective job of installing the furnace. They made sure that everything was clean and all of the paperwork was simple. I was very happy I bought the furnace and used them. Since that time I had 4 service calls. One was related to a minor issue related to installation that appeared during the winter and was quickly dealt with and three calls were related to an issue outside of their control that was tricky to resolve. They were very responsive in getting to my house and dealing with the issue, sometimes having same day service calls available. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Tim gave us an extremely competitive quote for an AC install and directed us towards a ductless split system. All things considered, we are happy with the system and the work he did. The install was completed over three days, and took a little longer than he predicted. There were a few moments of tension when he changed his mind about how to complete parts of the project (ie. before hiring, he said he could run the duct work along the roof but he decided it had to be run down the front of the house); however, Tim and Jeff were ultimately able to deliver what they promised for the price they quoted and we were happy with the end result."

"Scott is FANTASTIC and our NEW go-to plumber!! He's VERY prompt. When he says 8:30 am he MEANS 8:30 am. When I called for an estimate, he was upfront about not being able to do the job that day but would stop in to give me the estimate. I was afraid he would charge a "service call fee" like another plumber we had call and he told me that was ridiculous and sure enough he stopped in the following day and gave me a FREE estimate. We scheduled to have the job done, as there was a few things needed to be done, and he did them with NO PROBLEMS other than to have to run out to get parts for an old faucet but that wasn't his fault as that was a "hidden problem". For the NEXT plumbing job, Scott will be THE VERY FIRST PERSON we call!!!"

He did however, call the office and gave me the name of the local installer but knew nothing about him. I tried to locate him in the phone book with no luck."
