"Worked with Greenwood Heating and Air on a furnace replacement and only have excellent things to say about the company and team. Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. Would definitely recommend.  The technician was professional and courteous.    During routine service the furnace checked out fine but the a/c had a part that they recommended replacing.  Instead of pressuring us he politely and thoroughly explained why he recommended replacing the part, he showed us the reading and explained the long term consequence of not replacing the part.  Thank you for your excellent customer service.  We will continue to use your services.

"Due to the supply chain issue, I paid a lot more than I expected for my furnace. The first guy who came out to test it said a new furnace would be a lot quieter. I think it's noisier than my old one. The heat coming out of the register definitely isn't as hot as it used to be but it gets the job done. The installation went well but I have a indentation on my wood floor that wasn't there before, even though it was covered. I'm supposed to be signing one more document that was overlooked but it's been since Dec 2021 and I still haven't signed it. So kind of a mixed bag..."
