"Dillon was the scheduler and very professionally, let me know all the steps that would happen. He then called when the technician was running late because jobs were taking a bit longer. That was good news to me because it meant to me that the technician was not just going in and putting band-aids on the heating systems but taking the time to fix them. When the technician arrived, he came in with his backpack toolbox, which made me feel like he knew what he was doing (when they come in with nothing in hand, it makes me think they do not know what they are doing). Jared was the technician, and he is professional, he has had the training and experience and uses gages to troubleshoot. He got directly to the problem, focused on it, and fixed it. Absolutely the best experience with a furnace repair person. And the cost, the upfront right from the beginning, and had no curveballs thrown, it was the fairest pricing I have seen on heating repairs. Thank you so much, guys. They were on time and did a neat and effective job of installing the furnace. They made sure that everything was clean and all of the paperwork was simple.
