Rohrerâ s has been incredibly great, thorough and patient at coming out, trouble-shooting, and getting the furnace working, despite the problem probably not being caused by their system. "The appointment was made within 2 days of contacting them. The technician (Brian) was punctual for a 7:30 am appointment. Once there, Brian did a fantastic job of communicating the services that he was performing and kept me very informed about the status of the AC system. He found some issues that had been previously overlooked by former HVAC technicians and provided me with a very detailed understanding of what the outlook for my unit should be in the future. I noticed an immediate improvement in the cooling of the house as well as the air quality. "I received a message from Will almost as soon as I clicked on Angi. He offered to come to see if he could repair my AC at 7 am Monday. He showed up as promised and promptly evaluated my AC unit. I asked him to evaluate my furnace as well because it had been recommended that I replace it a few years ago. Will recommended doing both at the same time, installing units that were more efficient than the ones I had. He gave me a great price and had them both installed before I got home from work on Tuesday. I've got the best warranties on the market and a contractor who really cares. Will is a part of my family now."
