"From first contact with an estimate (Rich), Cummings, Inc. was great to work with. Their crew (Blake, Nick) was highly skilled, hard working and exceptionally professional as they performed their work. Blake and Nick returned a couple of days later to check in with us, provide additional filters, make sure system was working correctly and ensure we understood thermostat functions. Cummings was very reasonable in their quote for work completed. We would highly recommend them for a furnace/heat pump replacement."

"Jane's replaced my 20-year old Munchkin boiler with a super efficient, modern Rinnai. Everyone was a joy to deal with. Service was excellent. "There was nothing wrong with the furnace. Wife had unwittingly turned a wall switch OFF (one which I hadn't even noticed in 18 years). Terry failed to see this in his initial (free) inspection, so he charged us the minimum for a technical repair service, $125. I suppose I could leave a negative review for this oversight...but you know, I hadn't noted the switch in 18 years, so I can't be too critical of him missing it in a 5-min scan. Regardless, during his inspection he found that the heat exchanger is rusted, the impeller (?) is noisy, and CO level up the flue (120 ppm) is too high, though still zero from in-house registers. He convinced me that we WILL need to replace the furnace fairly soon, but it's not an immediate emergency, so we can save up and do it next year. Yes, the immediate issue could have been identified and the switch turned ON at no cost to us, but I don't begrudge the money spent on a thorough system inspection and evaluation."
