"I am very happy that I called them. My geothermal unit had a refrigerant leak and it could not heat or cool. They identified the problem quickly. Repaired it. Vaccumed and refiled the system. Tested for proper operation. Adjusted. We discussed more about the unit operation and future maitenance required. The price was appropiate for the service provided. "Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop. For all intents and purposes, it was barely running. If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response. Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY. He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. It was the most he had ever seen! What I got back from him on Labor Day was the computer I purchased in 2005, but much better.
Mr. Ferrell installed an ENTIRE new operating system, he upgraded my ram, he re-installed his FREE virus protection. Mr. Ferrell backed and restored ALL of my data. And, if that was not enough, he updated my hardware system. And, he charged me $125 which I think is an incredible price due to the fact he gave me a BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
Mr. Ferrell is extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with his time and your money. I just started using my new computer this week and I am in heaven. No more viruses...no more waiting 10 minutes to pull up a website...and no more having to pull out all of my cords out of my modem and rebooting my computer. I am thrilled with the job that Mr. Ferrell did and I would recommend him to anyone.

"The Technician seem to know his job and seems very experienced in it. He explained why the furnace was not allowing heat to through. There was a part that had to be checked every few years and cleaned. And he did it put the back inside the furnace and the heat started."

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."

"Matt does outstanding work. I could not be more pleased. I had a complicated installation of a new track lighting system that was confusing, and was delivered with with incomplete instructions. He figured everything out and solved assorted glitches and complications. His work is careful and accurate and meticulous. He also repaired our basement ceiling tile, which was a ‘70s mess. Old fashioned tile had fallen, broken, or worked loose in several spots. I was able to find matching replacements and he quickly made it all look like new. He spent a solid 8 hours straight working on these two projects . I especially appreciated this because he had to come from plus-30 miles away, and I had thought it would take much longer., at least 2 days. Everything is perfect. I would trust him completely with any repair, and I hope to call on him in the future. I will have some projects lined up for warmer weather. He offers far more than a handyman service. I am so glad Angie’s list put me in touch with him. I posted an earlier review after he took care of several, quick small repairs, but these were two big ones and very different. in scope"
