He was very thorough, cleaned and tuned everything up, and in addition, explained to me how the whole system worked, and what all those pipes and wires do, exactly. (Who knew there's a little light that blinks out a code if something is wrong?) Very happy with the service.

"I contacted Alltech Solutions, Inc., for a swamp cooler repair. The water was not reaching the cooler, and it was very, very hot in my home, and my backup, room-sized AC units didn't even phase the 100+ temps outside. They kindly scheduled me on the Friday just prior to the Memorial Day Weekend, since I called them on Thursday. I wasn't expecting that they could fit me in for the next day, but they did. "I was having a problem with MS Office not responding and other files being very, very slow to open. Jim started looking for the cause right away. He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway.
