"I purchased the Supreme Air coupon for $119 from Angie's List, because the technician would check both the heating and cooling units.  Within 48 hours (as promised), the representative from Supreme Air called to confirm Friday, October 9, 2015 --I was given a window of time the technician would arrive.
& provided an estimated time of arrival, and he was on time.  Colin was friendly and professional when he arrived.  He put covers over his shoes to protect my light colored carpet; which I appreciated.  He checked both the furnace and the air conditioning units.  I had assumed that my air conditioning unit would have to be replaced; however, Colin informed me that the unit was fine--I just needed some replacements.  In addition, the furnace had to be cleaned to allow for optimum performance.  He showed me a picture of what my furnace looked like, and then showed me a picture of how it should look.  The total fee for this service would be an additional $368; which I agreed.
The service was performed on both units, and he cleaned up after himself.  The overall service didn't take very long.  I was impressed by Colin's professionalism and promptness.  I will use Supreme Air again, and recommend them to family and friends!

"I had a high efficacy heat pump system installed by ARS 11/2 ago. I am used to gas furnace so understanding how heat pump works is an education. The mechanic was very patient in explaining how it works and what to look for if there is an issue. Of course this cold season a got an high unexpected bill from the electric company and was baffled because of the amount I spent on this high efficiency unit. They came out looked at and found no issue. They explained this was a very unusual cold season and the unit performed accordingly for sub freezing condition. They did leave a card and said if I see anytjing that look unusual please give them a call asap. The mechanic was very knowledgeable."
