"This was my first experience with Angie's List.  I e-mailed the company, and received a call back within a day. Jesse was able to schedule me in for the same week.  I explained the project of needing to get my new washer/dryer combo through a metal doorway, which was too narrow.  He understood completely, and began brainstorming on what could be done.  We scheduled a day and time for the end of the  same week, due to my schedule issues.  Jesse showed up promptly as planned and dove right into the project.  He had to cut through the metal door frame, which he did effortlessly.  He then rebuilt the frame using wood pieces, which matched perfectly.  He took his time to make sure you could not see the cut, and you absolutely can't.  It looks perfect.
He needed some materials to do this, so he made a Home Depot run.  He came back and completed the rebuilding of the door frame.  He then helped us with the front door which had just come off of it's hinge that morning (lucky us for having Jesse there).  He quickly fixed the door and tightened it up so it opens and closes smoothly and quietly.
We were very impressed that he knew exactly what to do.  He completed the project quickly, and most importantly with excellent craftsmanship.  He also cleaned up the entire work area.  My boyfriend and I are making a list of all the other things we've been wanting to do, but have not had anyone to help us with.  We will 100% be having Jesse back to help us with additional projects, and I have also recommended him to a couple people in our building already.
