"Dave was extremely helpful in giving grounded, low cost solutions for my ongoing mold issue. Proving sound and reliable advice in a sea of so much overwhelming information was invaluable. He took the time to look over a previous report that provided misguided information and recommendations and took the time to walk me through the correct steps saving me so much time and headache. Thank you so so much. I highly recommend this company for their mold services and consult."

"I was very happy to learn that Norcal was able to perform an asbestos test the same day that I called."

"Great customer service. Was quick to respond and get the job done. Would recommend Viva to anyone with potential mold issues."

"Great experience with this mold company. They came out for a free inspection and made me feel completely at ease about bringing my family into the home."

"Shane was my first contact (via phone) and was very knowledgeable and went above & beyond to answer all my questions. I tend to have pretty good discernment, and I immediately sensed I was dealing with an honest, straightforward company. Shane offered me an appointment 2 days later that s fast! Awesome when you re concerned about mold! Ray came to our house (a several hour drive to the Redding area!), and was prompt & called ahead to be courteous. Total genuine and nice guy (especially bc he s a dog lover ;) He wasn t rushed at all, answered all our questions (we had a lot), and actually said he likes & welcomes questions! After we received our report & invoice, I THOUGHT I was messaging my husband, lol, but I texted Shane: Thumbs up! They did thorough testing, & the price was still what was initially quoted! I highly recommend these guys!!"

"We were looking at a property in Fort Bragg in which the inspection report noted possible asbestos in the popcorn ceiling, so we wanted to get it tested by a certified tester. The Currans are actually the closest certified team to Fort Bragg! I called and got Mike (I think) and he put me in touch with Ralph who was willing to drive up to Fort Bragg and back and gave us a very good quote all things considered. We were potentially on a tight schedule and Ralph was flexible and could expedite results. It turns our we went for a different property and did not need to have Ralph go up there, but I just wanted to give them five starts for their response and availability should we have needed it."

"As a family with several health issues due to mostly unseen mold, Steve was an invaluable resource in helping us to navigate making some really complicated decisions. He was thorough, honest, upfront and truly concerned with our kidâ s well being. He went above and beyond - couldnâ t recommend highly enough."

"Excellent service. Knowledgeable, helpful, and thoroughly performs project request."

"I had a great experience with Leo and Russell. They completed several projects for me, including repairing a plumbing leak under my bathroom sink, fixing my exterior water spouts, and installing a new mailbox post and mailboxes. They were professional, knowledgeable, and paid close attention to detail throughout the entire job. Everything was completed with quality workmanship, and they followed up to make sure I was happy with the work that was done. I'm very happy with the results, would definitely use their services again, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled handymen."
