"They responded quickly when I contacted them. Explained everything they would have to do to test mold then get rid of it. Was given a time period when job would be finished and it was met. Luanne and her crew knew what they were doing and did it well! She was very understanding about what was going on in my personal life. I was getting over hip replacement surgery and having troubles with my house insurance company but she worked around the situations. Very understanding and compassionate. I would recommend them 100% for a mold or toxic project that you need help with. Very satisfied!!!"
