The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. Dan from Catamount offered to leave a powerful dehumidifier there for a week anyway, if we wanted, but although I would have paid him for that, he didn't even recommend it - because it was unnecessary! This is clearly a scrupulous company that will not charge you for work unless you really need it. While I'm glad we don't have a problem, I actually regret that I can't hire him for something. I wish every provider was like this."
