"Bill F did a thorough inspection and was able to quickly and inexpensively remediate the small mold area we had in our basement sump pump closet."

"Work was well done. I had some asbestos tape that was contracted with another company. Teasdale required that to be taken care of before any work done. It was done very quickly. Two guys performed the work. There was gobs of dust removed. It took around three hours, mostly because I had never had the ducts cleaned before. They cleaned up and charged me for the cost of the coupon, bplus the extra air duct. I will use them again for regular maintenance."

"Very happy with the service, the workers and the price."

"The customer service was excellent. The workers were consciencious and could not do enough to accommodate me as a customer. I highly recommend the company. They are fair and honest. I give them a A+ rating."

"Great service. This type of method of dealing with mold is very non-intrusive and environmentally sound. I am very happy I hired Pure Maintenance."

"We had a roof leak in our bedroom causing water damage to our floors and mold to grow in our attic. Cincinnati Mold and Water did a 5star job working with our insurance company. With no out of pocket cost to us"

"I didn’t even need to call anyone else. The person I spoke to offered to look at pictures of the material I was concerned about. Within half a day of creating the project on home advisor I had the answer I needed."

"I called and talked to Hugh who clearly knew a ton. Susan came over with a moisture detector and did a very thorough inspection. She told us that what we'd done to clean up the mold ourselves was fine and that we didn't need their services but to call if we had other concerns. Impressive... Thanks!"

"They will work with you if you have issues or concerns."
