When we started remodeling, we found mold in the crawlspace, asbestos in the siding, and on the roof. Luckily, after a lot of research and checking with previous clients, I decided to go with Es America. They specialize in asbestos removal, but they also handle water damage, French drains, and all things remediation. My first call was answered by Sarah, who was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. She guided me through the entire permitting process without any pressure to use their services. They fixed the mold issue in the crawlspace, did an crawlspace encapsulation and removed all the Asbestos, and recommended a reliable contractor for the siding and roof replacement. "Great Experience! My wife and I live in Atlanta and we hired Anthony at AJ Property Restoration to work on a mold remediation project for us. Anthony submitted a very reasonable bid to remove the mold damage in our bedroom wall that was caused by a roof leak.
