"Not only was the price right, but the quality was impeccable with great customer service! They called MINUTES after I put in a request to Homeadvisor/Angi, and they were not just talk: they delivered on when they said they would be able to provide a quote, as well as when they could start the work. When they arrived for the work, I asked a few questions related to the original issue (water damage that forced the removal of the floor, which included tiles w/ asbestos), and ended up finding a bit of mold that they agreed to support removing as well. It was a dream come true that they had the time to answer my questions, gave thorough responses and were able to accommodate unforeseen additional work. Thank you, thank you! I was/am impressed, through and through. Really appreciate it!!"

"The mold inspector was very knowledgeable regarding the mold inspection process. He took samples of mold area for lab evaluation and air quality samples to check for mold in the air around the affected area. I was impressed with the thorough process used to check for mold. Mr Riddick the owner checked the air outside that was in close proximity to affected area. He answered all the questions and provided a date for the results of the inspection. Mr Riddick did an outstanding job and would highly recommend him for his service."

"Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very customer focused. Would definitely use their services again!"

"If you are looking for an Inspector that represents you and not the realtor, Bill is your guy. Very impressed with his knowledge and customer service."

"Chris was WONDERFUL! I just purchased a home and wanted to have a mold inspection done for peace of mind. Chris took time to explain the process and put my fears at ease with his vast knowledge. He reviewed the test results with me prior to closing which gave me the peace of mind I needed to confirm I was making a good purchase and great investment. I highly recommend Mid Atlantic Commercial Residential Real Estate Solutions. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS!!"

"To be up front I had to cancel my appointment due to my landlord letting me out of my lease. However, EVERY single time I contacted this persons they were not only extremely helpful, but professional as well. The way they provided information was up front and to the point. they were very educated with lead inspections and knew what to look for when I told them what my landlord was doing. They are well educated and informed, as well as up to date. Contractor that came out to the house from another company to assess work being donehad been doing lead based renovations for 30 years. He was surprised at how much a knew about everything, it was all thanks to thus company. I knew what to look for and knew what to ask due to how helpful this company is. I highly recommend taking their call first, if you aren't satisfied, go ahead and call someone else, I promise you will be back to talk to Chesapeake Lead Paint Inspections. btw they can do XRF scans too."

"Stanley was on time for the appointment and he was very professional going about the testing. He kept us informed as to how the testing was going.
