"Prompt, courteous, and affordable service. Extremely pleased withe the job completed in a very timely manner. My wife and I had health issues due to obvious (and not so obvious) mold inside the house. Many thanks to Johnny and Steve."

"My husband and brother are in the process of buying a 4 unit building. We were concerned that the property might have a few issues due to the age of the property. We had no idea where to go to have the property inspected. The real estate office gave us the names of a few inspectors. I looked online to read their reviews, but I really did not see anything that would make me feel comfortable with using their service. I came across All American Inspections and called Dan. He had a lot of reviews and all positive. He was in the process of inspecting a property, but still took the time to go over everything with me in detailed. This made me feel comfortable. We decided to work with Dan. He spoke with me while he was on site and provided a detailed report with pictures and videos. The property had more issues than I expected. He then referred me to electricians, termite inspectors, roofers and plumbers. We even had the property tested for mold based on Dan's observation. Turns out one of the units has black mold. I am extremely pleased with the service, turn time of getting the report and Dan's overall expertise of All American. I highly recommend All American for Inspections. I would give Dan more stars if I could. Thanks for everything."

"I was having some allergy issues in our house. Thinking there may be some possible hidden mold in our house, I contacted Duke Restoration. Troy David came over to search the house. He was very thorough, friendly, and helpful doing a complete survey of the house. Not finding any mold, he asked about the filter we had for our air condition and heating system. He suggested that we needed an ultraviolet light. When we told him that we had one in the attic, he went up to check. He found that it had burned out. When he changed it, my allergy issues were much better. He knew exactly how to fix our problem. We were very pleased!"

"Availability was Great, Test Results took longer than expected, but over what was promised was delivered"

"Answered call live. Scheduled me in same week. Was prompt, curteous, professional. Came with a lot of equipment and safety gear. Took samples around water logged window seal. Used a moisture meter and found significant issues. Sent lab samples out same day and found dangerous levels of mold. Saved my health and my office lease. Can't recommend Jason Fontenot and Mold Man Solutions enough!!"

"The workers were very friendly and hard working. They tried to get you a reasonable price."

Xero DMG is a locally owned Louisiana contractor for A/C, Heating & Air Quality and for fire, water and mold. Most companies only swap equipment or only treat what they see. We do both, so we find out why your home isn't cooling, smells musty or keeps getting wet. Then we fix the cause: leaking ducts, a bad plenum, a wet attic or a system that was installed wrong.\n\nWe look before we quote and show you photos of what we found. When mold testing is required, we order it from an independent third-party lab, so the result is honest.\n\nDaikin Premium Partner. IICRC-certified. EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm. "Mark called us within minutes of my request to you about mold remediation people. It was two days before anyone else called. He was very knowledgeable about mold and the concerns we had. He went to great lengths to collect his samples in our congested house. However He was pretty unreliable about his appointments though. We were never terribly inconvenienced as we are retired and not busy people but for people who do have other commitments it could have been more stressful.. One other thing is of concern for me. We still havenâ t received the hard copy of the report. He said he emailed it to me which I never looked to find as I just never go there. We are old and this digital age is a mystery to us. I did get it in a text though and can see a report that way but I think properly the report should have been mailed directly from the lab to us. This has left a modicum of suspicion as unfairly as that might seem. What do you think? Mark has called a few times to explain the report and answer any questions we might have."

"We bought a camper recently that had a leak in the roof, which caused mold and had a pretty pungent odor. They assured us they could handle the job and were in good hands. We couldnâ t be happier with the service or results. Would definitely recommend."

"After talking to mold remediation companies that tried to sell me every service known to man at outrageous rates, I found Todd LaValla. Excellent customer service."
