"Company did not explain upfront that they expected 1/2 of payment for services contracted before services were performed. That was not a good thing."

"My AMCR Testimonial --- Augusta Mold Control and Removal (AMCR) did an outstanding job on my project. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough inspection, John Ashton (AMCRs owner and CEO) and the AMCR team were incredibly professional, friendly, responsive, and respectful. John answered all of my questions and thoroughly walked me through every step of the process. He is a man of his word and did everything that he said he would do. John and the AMCR team worked hard to ensure that everything was done to my complete satisfaction. I can state unequivocally that John is one of the hardest working professionals that I have ever known. Most importantly, I knew that I could trust John to get the job done right. John and the AMCR team made me feel like an incredibly valued client. They definitely have me as a customer for life. If you are looking for a mold remediation company that you can trust, then you owe it to yourself to hire John and his AMCR team with confidence."

"Tyler from Biotek was great to work with ! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional ! We had some yellow mold growing in our storage closet in our garage. Tyler and his crew showed up on time, did exactly what he said they would do, and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the job. All mold gone ! Awesome job and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Biotek if you have any mold issues !"

"Jerry McCord was professional, knowledgeable, and provided suggestions, advice and referrals as I naively assumed a general contractor role for repairs and renovations to my family's 56 year old house. He moved the abatement process through required steps as quickly as appropriately possible in response to my energent need for repairs. Jerry's asbestos abatement is completed. I enjoyed interactions with him and others associated with him and his company that I met. Renovations, plumbing, and re-flooring are next and lined up."

"Overall service was good. They were prompt, responsive and professional. However, the price seemed a bit high for what was delivered. I still didn't know where the mold toxin issue stemmed from. I was instructed to hire a restoration company. The company I called wanted to do there own mold test before addressing an issue."

"Got a great explanation over the phone of how we did not need an expensive Asbestos test done if it was just for piece of mind. I got quotes from $800-$3k from competitors and they came in at $600 including all the tests. Great quality and easy to work with."

"The service was great. The inspector was very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly."

"Great service and on time"
