When we started remodeling, we found mold in the crawlspace, asbestos in the siding, and on the roof. Luckily, after a lot of research and checking with previous clients, I decided to go with Es America. They specialize in asbestos removal, but they also handle water damage, French drains, and all things remediation. My first call was answered by Sarah, who was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. She guided me through the entire permitting process without any pressure to use their services. They fixed the mold issue in the crawlspace, did an crawlspace encapsulation and removed all the Asbestos, and recommended a reliable contractor for the siding and roof replacement. "I highly recommend Mike Flowers and his team for your inside home health. My fiancé’ has major lungs issues and is on oxygen 24/7. He ended up in the hospital for a month came home and 4 days later he was back in the hospital again with more lung issues. I felt it had to be environmental so called and had mold test done only to find out we had MAJOR black mold spore and yeast spore issues. These were causing my fiancés lung issues to worsen.
