"John and his son arrived on time both days they did the work and were very friendly. They installed an intake fan in the attic then scraped and sprayed the mold. The next day, they sealed the wood and vacuumed. They even put all of my bins and junk back in the attic for me. I got several quotes and they seemed like the best value. John took the time to explain the fan and control system."

"Mold test took air samples inside and out after we discovered some questionable spots that worried us. Samples are sent to a lab for analysis. We subsequently purchased a mold remediation kit from another firm and treated the house. We are breathing easier now. Thanks!"

"I highly recommend them for asbestos removal. I found them under Certified Asbestos Abatement Companies. Randy the owner was extremely knowledgeable. Jesica (Financial accountant) was easy to deal with and a great communicator. His crew were friendly, courteous and extremely hard working. They did everything according to asbestos standards and left my house clean and ready for my flooring project followed by the asbestos inspection. Twenty four hours later, I received my Clean Air Certificate. Prompt response, quick quote, and great service. I would definitely recommend again."

"We hired Advantage Remediation Services to address a mold and radon issue in our recently purchased home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Joel did an outstanding job—he successfully reduced the radon levels to a safe range and thoroughly remediated the mold. His attention to detail was impressive, and he took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring we felt confident in his work. He also cleaned out duct work as well as the entire house. After the post-remediation testing, we were thrilled to confirm that our home was safe to occupy. I highly recommend Advantage Remediation Services for anyone in need of professional and reliable remediation solutions."

"These guys know what they re doing! Because of our wrap around porch it posed quite a problem to disguise what could have been quite the eyesore. Their professionals were not to be deterred however and they solved the problem. Their work was top notch and they managed quite a discrete install! Will definitely use their services in the future."

"This company always answered my phone calls, which was most important to me. I was on a really short time crunch to get this project done in time before my settlement of selling my house and I'm so pleased with the price and how quickly they got the job done. I spoke with 6 other asbestos companies and at least half of them told me they could not remove it from the ductwork, the ductwork would have to come out all together, which i didnt want spend money on new ductwork. Anthony Villani was able to remove the asbestos from the ductwork and did it for the best price. Thank you guys so much!"

"They did not test for asbestos. They were there to just remove asbestos."
