Hi there! We are Chris and Danielle Polanco, the owners of L.A.D.S. Western Division. We are a husband and wife duo with a great team who service the entire Western half of WI. We provide services along many scopes of restoration, including water mitigation, mold removal, fire mitigation, hoarding/biohazard clean up, and trauma/crime scene clean up. Along with our affiliates in the Eastern Division, we have over a decade of combined experience in the restoration/construction industry, including insurance adjusting. The price was reasonable and they even came out on a Sunday to complete the work. I had a tight deadline and they were booked out a few weeks - but they found time to meet my deadline.
