"We called them due to concerns about potential mold in our son's bedroom. They came, tested, and the results were negative for problematic mold/air. In an industry rife with con artists, this was very refreshing. Highly recommend!"

"Daniel was great from the start of the process. He thoroughly walked through my basement for any indications of possible mold and was able to go beyond answering all of my questions. Once he called with the results, he told me exactly what needed to be done before, during and after the remediation process. The report provided was also very detailed. Did I mention he is a super nice guy? I would definitely use him again if need be."

"The company agreed to see my home within days of calling them. He was friendly and professional. He evaluated the mold growth and determined the cause and cleaned/removed the mold the same day. His prompt service put me at ease and made me feel more secure about my child sleeping in his room. I would definitely hire this company again."

"Although it took longer than they originally predicted, the asbestos abatement was done thoroughly and cleanly."

"An indoor and outdoor analysis of mold content was take. Very professional and a written analysis was emailed within a few day. Very pleaded with the work."

"Concerned about a report from my roofer that my daughter's home needed to replace the asbestos siding and the overlying vinyl siding, I contacted A& I Inc for a second opinion. They responded immediately and came out to inspect the home the next morning. Their inspection confirmed that both the asbestos siding and shingles were in good shape and did not need to be replaced, saving me the cost of removal and replacement. The inspector called me and explained his decision/recommendation in detail, answering all of my questions and explaining their rationale. They would not accept compensation for their time. If I do need work in the future, I would not go anywhere else."

"I?ve detected a high level of radon in my house with a Corentium meter -- 30+ in the basement and 15+ on the main level. I contact Radon Abatement Services through Angie?s list and the owner, John, responded to my inquiry very fast and answered all my questions. He did further explaining during his visit to check the house. His installers were very professional and willing to work out the best installation solution for the house. Within the first day after the installation the radon reading in the basement dropped to below 4, as promised by John, and a week later it dropped to below 2 in the basement, which means it?s even lower on the main level. I highly recommend this company!

"The results showed that I did not have any mold. He offered to remove the insulation in my attic and blow in new insulation. I would recommend him. He did what I asked him to do. They were the same price as everyone else. I got the results quickly, he came on a Friday and I got the results by the next Tuesday. The results were easy to read. I called them to make sure that I was reading it right and she pulled it up and reassured me that I was free of mold. I did feel that it was a steep price. It was a thorough analysis. I am thinking about calling them again."
