Because we live in a townhouse complex the condo had specific requirement prior to approving work. James sent them everything they needed. Also he was great about following with the township about permits (as apparently my town is quite horribly disorganized and lost the first permit filed!)

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
