"Chris was incredibly responsive, thorough, and easy to schedule an appointment with. All it took was one quick call to schedule my inspection two days later for 9am. He gave me the cost estimate over the phone in advance and asked a number of questions to get an understanding of the condo and the building it's in. Chris showed up early to our appointment. He then walked us through all the areas of the condo, explained what he was doing, and gave us a very clear understanding of any items he found (as well as what any issues might do long-term and how we might fix them). "It went very well. James Musarra is extremely easy to work with. He asked all the right questions and listened to my concerns. He came out to view the basement within 2 days and had a proposal for me within 2 days after. We were scheduled within 10 days and the work was done in a day with a quick visit from his electrician on another day to hardwire the fan. No mess, no fuss. There was no delay in my basement sheetrock project, as they were able to work on the other side of the wall where the fan went. The fan duct has to go above the roofline of my home and the placement that they chose was very unobtrusive. All in all it was a smooth, professional job. James always answered my calls or returned them the same day. As part of his service he includes a radon re-test to assess the effectiveness of the mitigation. I am happy to say the "after" radon level was 1.3 pCi/L."
