"Greg was fantastic I would highly recommend him if you ever need asbestos abatement"

"I was skeptical at first after I did some research the company was formed 3 years ago. But then things changed I recommend P and M Mold Pro (Presley) he is the guy that knows what he is doing very professional everything was top notch. Not only did he and his team consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early. Everything turned out great and was done very clean."

"No one wants to find mold in their home (or in our case, the home we were buying), but everyone wants to find good, reliable, knowledgeable people to help them, and Johnnie definitely fits the bill. We were referred to Johnnie and got him on-site the very next day he was very accommodating. He spent a ton of time not only carefully working in the house, but gave generously of his time to explain things to us thoroughly. He was very honest, gave us his unfiltered assessment based on his expertise (which we appreciated), and we can not recommend him enough. If you are looking for someone who is personable, reliable, reasonably priced, and really good at their job, hire him, you will not be disappointed."

"Great experience. This company was honest, prompt, and efficient. They found and remediated a significant asbestos problem at my daughters first house in North New Jersey. They did not try to take advantage of her, as is all too common in this industry. The fee was very fair and took care of the job very quickly. I found out about this company from someone who uses AAA for large commercial projects, and he has the same experience. We recommend AAA Lead Professionals for any residential or commercial projects involving lead or asbestos! Thank you Joe!!"

"Excellent in every way. Over the top service. Found things we wouldn’t have known to look for. Highly recommend."

"We had a very good experience with SS John & Marin Restoration, who performed mold remediation on our basement. They were very thorough and experienced in their assessment of the situation, and worked with us to produce a custom estimate. They were timely in completion of the work. Sebastian was the manager for this project, who supervised the workers and communicated extensively with us to determine our needs. When the initially contracted work resulted in discovery of more moldy areas, the estimate was capped so that discovery of additional mold would not result in a higher cost. This company exemplifies care and motivation of customers, to implement recommendations that prevent future recurrence of mold in the home. For example, we implemented their mold prevention recommendations to run a dehumidifier and air purifier in the basement. Highly recommend this mold remediation pro."

"I followed the advice on an earlier report and clearly defined where I wanted the pipe to be installed. The estimator and I determined two possible sites though he and I each preferred different sites. The installer, James, was very easy to work with. He was able to install the pipe where I wanted the pipe. The installation was quick, relatively quiet and they cleaned up the site. The estimator again showed up as promised to install the radon test machine as they guarantee a reduction below 4. The fan, which runs outside the house will add to your electric bill. I haven't received a new bill yet so I can't say how much, though estimates are from $50-150 a year. Also, your town may require permits and that adds to the cost. Montclair charges $95 for permits."

"I live in Howell, NJ, and after dealing with ongoing health issues, my doctor suggested that mold could be the cause and recommended I contact a mold testing company. I called Certified Mold Removal, and from the very first phone call I knew I had made the right decision. They sent Eric to inspect my home, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. During the inspection, he found mold hidden in my basement HVAC closet that I had no idea was there. The air testing confirmed that we had been breathing in this mold. The very next day, Robert sent his crew out and immediately got to work removing the mold. They were punctual, thorough, respectful of my home, and kept me informed throughout the entire remediation process. It's now been a few weeks since the work was completed, and I'm happy to say that my symptoms have completely gone away. I truly believe finding and removing the mold made all the difference."

"Ben (Belul) did a great job in mold abatement."
