He worked with my HOA to determine the cause of my water leak and made sure all components of the project were completed in tandem with repairs the HOA had to make. "Did you know mildew is the gas given off from mold?? Joe offered great advice about the growth of mildew into mold, and my landlord's responsibility to remove it. I feel that he is knowledgable and would perform a thorough inspection. Based on my present economics and quotes from 2 other firms, and not to discount Mold Testing CO at all, I decided on another company. Joe at Mold Testing CO is definitely my second choice."
