"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

He came to My home and spent about 1.5 hours maybe longer going through my home and taking sample readings n then looking at my walls for black mold. I’m glad to say my issues were not black mold! I got the results of the air samples n his report a day or two later n my issues with indoor air quality was mostly Sheetrock dust and pollen from outdoors. Nick is a very thoughtful and knowledgeable person and gave me excellent feedback and advice. I highly recommend Buff’s Home Inspection. He is a very thorough and professional person."
