"Gary and Linda run an operation that is second to none when it comes to mold remediation. It’s a very different and far better experience than working with the typical chain companies. They work they did remediating a mold outbreak in my kitchen was of the highest quality, and the most affordable option as well. They’re not in business because they have to be - they’re in business because they want to be, and actually take pride in their work on a personal level. Gary has a PhD in molecular biology and literally wrote the book when it comes to mold remediation, and his wife Linda runs a tight ship when it comes to coordinating and getting the work done. Everything is done on time and right the first time. Gary would not consider the job done until there were absolutely zero traces of mold left behind ANYWHERE in the house, including the HVAC. Entrusting the repair to Gary and Linda was one of the finest experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor, and I cannot recommend them enough."

"Gary and Kim are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had a roof leak causing mold and water damage. Gary and his team were competent, organized, neat , clean and professional throughout the process. They explained everything from start to finish. Kim dealt with the insurance company. To me that was worth its weight In gold!. I would highly recommend Tri County All Restorations for mold remediation!"

"I had 3 different mold remediation companies come to provide an assessment/test for mold and remediation. Rick was by far the best choice of the 3. He was by far the most knowledgeable and his prices for testing and remediation were by far more reasonable than the other companies. Additionally he provided prompt mold removal services! I no longer suffer from asthma, rashes, itchy eyes and daily fatigue- all brought on by mold. And I canâ t thank Rick enough for restoring me and my home to proper condition with quality air."

"We hired Gary Ackel and his crew from Tri-County All Restorations for an extensive mold remediation. We had a water leak that caused mold to accumulate in the laundry room, bathroom, hall, hall closet, and bedroom. All of the drywall was removed in those areas goin up 4 ft to rid the areas of mold. Gary’s men were able to do this without damaging my marble floors or the vanity. This was very important to me since I had no replacement marble so if any tile had been broken, all the floors in my entire house would have had to be replaced since it is one continuous floor. They were meticulously clean. They kept the area enclosed in plastic sheeting with a zipper to go in and out. The a/c in this area had to be turned off and that unit also serviced my bedroom so Gary arranged for a portable a/c to be installed in my bedroom. Gary also would stop by to make sure everything was going as planned. We passed the mold inspection afterwards so a job well done! I highly recommend this company."

"This company was a life saver! I got 4 quotes and I am so happy I chose quality 1. Yoni and his team did an amazing job and went above and beyond from the start! I was pretty scared after discovering mold in my home but thankfully they really helped me through it! I don’t write a lot of reviews but I can honestly say that Yoni earned it in every way. I am so thankful and I 100% recommend Quality 1 for mold remediation work ."

"This company is the best! They helped out so many of my clients with mold inspections and air quality inspections. Always very professional!"

"Had to do this job in a hurry b/c the owner and I were both going to be leaving the country, and I didn’t want to have to wait a few months. Based on the reviews, and then my meeting with Nidal, I stopped looking for providers. Thoughtful, detailed, reassuring, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. I was away and left my home in his hands and never looked back. His team did the entire thing from mold removal to drywall replacement. He was reachable even when out of town, and his team was accommodating of my needs."

"If I ever have mold issue again I won t hesitate to hire them again!"

"Very Professional and Responsive. As promised, I received the mold clearance report the following day after he thoroughly inspected my home after remediation. I highly recommend his inspection and testing service."

"Efficient and friendly. Orel performed a mold inspection and was the best cost option!"
