A careful and affordable plan was devised to restore the foundation by lifting and leveling with concrete pads, cement blocks and piers. The rotten sill plate and joists were replaced and also supported by piers on concrete pads. The material used and installation was all by code for a new home. The crew were always double-checking the leveling of my home from in the crawlspace and upstairs to insure a good job. They were great at communication of what was being done and why.
