Both were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Went right to work. Took pictures that were sent to me—which are needed to turn in to FEMA for disaster relief aid. Drained the ductwork of the flood water, which will make it much easier on the HVAC fellow who is going to replace the ductwork. Put down a vapor barrier. Sprayed mold/mildew killer that is not harmful to humans…and has a very pleasant smell. Guaranteed for 5 years. I was very impressed. I hope to never have another flood, but if we do and I need the mold removed, I’m calling these guys again!"
