"Dealing with mold in your home is stressful, but working with K & E was the absolute best decision we could have made. From the minute they walked in, Dan put us completely at ease. They didn't just clear out the mold they took the time to explain the whole process, kept everything impeccably clean, and treated our home with real care. You can tell they actually care about the people they?re helping. I can finally breathe easy in my home again. Highly, highly recommend!""

"We so enjoyed Wilbur and his crew. The entire experience has been absolutely wonderful. Educational and safety providing! Our home feels clean and safe. My family was so pleased that we set up a temporary gym in our basement to work out as a family after having our home serviced for Mold Remediation! Thank You Again!"

"Was the best one with an affordable offer after the inspection. Also was the only one where moisture readings were taken around the suspect area of infestation. Came out to do the remediation the next day to complete the job. Professional and quick with it only being a one person operation for my call. Great local business and professional mold remediation."

"Although it took longer than they originally predicted, the asbestos abatement was done thoroughly and cleanly."

"The employees and the owner, Carlos, all demonstrated quality, efficiency, and commitment while addressing my situation promptly. Warranty and service 100 percent recommended."

"Ted Riddick did an excellent job of performing a mold test in our basement, at the buyers request. I was very leary at first, because we recently cleaned the carpets and were concerned and/or confused that mold could be in our basement. We certainly would have known if we had mold in our basement or water coming causing a mold situation. Needless to say no mold was found, and my worries were alleviated. Mr. Riddick is a seasoned inspector, with a deep knowledge all areas of home inspections. He was professional, kind, did a great job."

"Jason and his crew did an excellent job removing my asbestos tiles and disposing of the waste. He was straight forward, courteous, communicative and I would recommend A &1 to others."

"I m a first time home buyer. Per the requirement of my lender I needed a mold inspection. I was not aware that this company was not local, nor was I aware that Delaware real estate was dissimilar to surrounding states. The inspector Sean showed up to the house and could not get in. Apparently inspectors in Delaware have a Supra key to get into the key boxes in Delaware or you get a code. Sean called me and yelled at me for not knowing about the key, he continued to call the neighborhood I was moving to shitty and told me thanks for wasting his time. Eventually he was able to get into the house via the sellers agent. Because I needed the inspection done pronto, I did not argue, but I was furious. Buy local that is all I can say!"

"Inspector was prompt and efficient. I had him do asbestos testing on a couple places, and it took less than 30 minutes."

"Great experience, these are the people you want dealing with asbestos and mold. Crew was very thorough with attention to detail. Everything was built back to expectations on the projected schedule. Honest and trustworthy."
