John Swett preferred to provide an estimate over the phone, but upon my request he came to the house to help us determine the best location to install the system. I have a partially built-in work bench in the basement utility room where the hole needed drilled into the foundation and the PVC pipe run up to above ground, but John helped us come up with a solution. I had to detach the workbench from the wall to make room for drilling the hole, but once that was complete, the installation team leader, Walter, helped me put the workbench back in place and drill holes right through the workbench and storage shelves so that the workbench could remain flush against the wall.
