"Jon from MoldGone easily saved me more than a thousand dollars by providing an expert opinion on proposed mold remediation by another company. His response was very timely, and he actually turned down the opportunity to undertake work, saying that the situation did not warrant remediation by his company. It was very refreshing to have someone advise that their services were actually NOT required in this instance. Should I every have any future questions regarding mold remediation, Jon will definitely be my first call."

"Concerned about a report from my roofer that my daughter's home needed to replace the asbestos siding and the overlying vinyl siding, I contacted A& I Inc for a second opinion. They responded immediately and came out to inspect the home the next morning. Their inspection confirmed that both the asbestos siding and shingles were in good shape and did not need to be replaced, saving me the cost of removal and replacement. The inspector called me and explained his decision/recommendation in detail, answering all of my questions and explaining their rationale. They would not accept compensation for their time. If I do need work in the future, I would not go anywhere else."

"My inspector was Bailey, and she was very friendly/knowledgable. I had a leak in the bathroom at my rental property, and she called me beforehand to get the background of the job since I do not live there. She took several moisture readings and a picture of no mold showing in the camera. I would definitely use their service again when it is needed."

"Our Radon inspection report came back with a 12 pCi/L result, which we needed to immediately resolve.  I contacted John from Radon Abatement Services for mitigation services.  He was very professional and informative.  He asked me questions about my home and then was given a quote based on my description.  The work crew showed up on time and was very professional.  The work was completed in the allotted time and for the exact price quote.  I would definitely recommend to family and friends."
