"Plain and simple, go with Rick and 1st Rate Construction. As a homeowner, I HAVE struggled to find companies where the person that quotes the work, is the person that does the work. Rick is the owner-operator of his company and will be your point of contact/work the job. He removed lead paint windows and soffit/fascia for me, and some asbestos ductwork. All great work. Thanks Rick !"

"Environmental Services Of America did an amazing job removing asbestos and mold in my home. Mike was able to decipher all the complexities to successfully coordinate multiple efforts and keep the project moving. Working with him and his team back then was such a positive experience that I contacted him last week to see if he also does mold remediation, and I'm so glad that I did. Mike had me scheduled in two days and his crew of Mera and Kevin did an excellent job of removing all of the mold and asbestos from my home. I would highly recommend them. After the Environmental Engineer cleared the project, Mera came back the second day to remove the air scrubbers and other equipment, and was so helpful to answer all my questions and concerns and make sure everything that was moved during the work was returned to its original location. No other company compares to Environmental Services Of America in terms of quality and professionalism. Thank you!"

"Excellent service and excellent job. Every one did great job Dale Melissa and their team and Patricia and her team (for cleanup). The mold was caused by hole roof of Master Bath. Their customer service is outstanding!"

"This company is very reliable. My initial contact over the phone was professional. Michael Medley came out and inspected my home noting observations that surfaces and air needed to be decontaminated. Michael Medley promised the water on the floor would be removed from the laundry room and decontamination efforts would be made. He quickly laid out a plan for better air quality that focused on circulation, filtration, humidity control and ventilation. The plan was implemented my Alex, Shane and Tim. They all were professional knowledgeable and on time upon their arrival to my home. This company is amazing! I am very satisfied with all their work performed and the improved quality of the air in my home. Mold was removed and they disposed of all contaminated materials. Job well done! ---Tony Bouie---"

"Mr. Dawe was completely honest and upfront in telling me that I could take care of my mold problem and that I didn't need to hire his company and spend money unnecessarily. That kind of honesty will lead me to hire Mr. Dawe's for any upcoming home-related issues."

"Very professional and knowledgeable company. They responded to my call for asbestos testing in a very timely manner. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough in selecting and identifying potential asbestos sites and was happy to explain the process to me before starting the testing. She was careful in handling sites and I felt comfortable that the testing addressed all suspected areas. Pricing was fair and the turn-around time for test results and report was great."
