"My husband and brother are in the process of buying a 4 unit building. We were concerned that the property might have a few issues due to the age of the property. We had no idea where to go to have the property inspected. The real estate office gave us the names of a few inspectors. I looked online to read their reviews, but I really did not see anything that would make me feel comfortable with using their service. I came across All American Inspections and called Dan. He had a lot of reviews and all positive. He was in the process of inspecting a property, but still took the time to go over everything with me in detailed. This made me feel comfortable. We decided to work with Dan. He spoke with me while he was on site and provided a detailed report with pictures and videos. The property had more issues than I expected. He then referred me to electricians, termite inspectors, roofers and plumbers. We even had the property tested for mold based on Dan's observation. Turns out one of the units has black mold. I am extremely pleased with the service, turn time of getting the report and Dan's overall expertise of All American. I highly recommend All American for Inspections. I would give Dan more stars if I could. Thanks for everything."

"Mark called us within minutes of my request to you about mold remediation people. It was two days before anyone else called. He was very knowledgeable about mold and the concerns we had. He went to great lengths to collect his samples in our congested house. However He was pretty unreliable about his appointments though. We were never terribly inconvenienced as we are retired and not busy people but for people who do have other commitments it could have been more stressful.. One other thing is of concern for me. We still havenâ t received the hard copy of the report. He said he emailed it to me which I never looked to find as I just never go there. We are old and this digital age is a mystery to us. I did get it in a text though and can see a report that way but I think properly the report should have been mailed directly from the lab to us. This has left a modicum of suspicion as unfairly as that might seem. What do you think? Mark has called a few times to explain the report and answer any questions we might have."

"A roof leak caused water damage and black mold growth in my 4x9 closet off the main bathroom. I was entirely impressed and happy with the highly skilled and professional work performed by DryMax, from assessment by Nicole, prompt communications with Frances, to the completion of the job. DAY ONE: Amanda and Roderick, very friendly, worked tirelessly for 10 hours straight, hardly taking a break. After cordoning off the bathroom with plastic sheeting to prevent debris from entering the bedroom, and encasing the closet itself, they tore apart the ceiling, insulation, and one wall of the closet. A powerful vacuum removed debris through 12"-diam. tubing from the closet and out the bathroom window, into bags which they hauled away at the end of the day.
