Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Manitou, KY

"This was the first time I have had any issues with asbestos."

"This is our second job with Ron and Stabil-Loc. Frankly, he’s the only provider for any service in our new home who has responded promptly, shown up when he said he would, completed the work thoroughly and for a fair price and genuinely seemed to care about our needs. I wish he were available to do all the one work we need done!"

"Inspection was extremely detailed. After the inspection was conducted, I received the inspection report within a couple of hours. Excellent customer service."

"I really appreciate their quick response. I was distressed and didn't really know what to do. So I called Vanguard Home Services, LLC and they were here within one hour and was able to get everything taken care of. Such a terrific company."

"We were selling our home and needed the crawl space fixed. The company had us scheduled in December but called and was able to get it done in early mid October. We had a vapor barrier installed in our crawl space. They came in and cleaned out the area, soda blasted all the underwood areas to get rid of the mold and laid the vapor barrier. Justin, Jaden and Michael were professional, fast and efficient. They estimated 2 days for the job, but these guys had it done the first day. Would recommend this company."

"They are a fantastic company! Great people, great work, and great communication. So glad I went with them! If you are waivering for any reason, please don t they are unparalleled."

"Lance is very knowledgeable and good with explaining the system. He gave the quote and also did the work. The company was able to accommodate my tight real estate needs timeline. One thing to have made it better would have been a quicker means of post testing the radon levels after installation. We had to go to another company to hire them to do the testing."
