"I thought things went well until I was informed part of job did not pass inspection. Contacted contractor left voicemail message and email. No response as of yet. At first I was really pleased James took the time to assess the work to be completed and gave me a quote. he matched the competition's price. Because we live in a townhouse complex the condo had specific requirement prior to approving work. James sent them everything they needed. Also he was great about following with the township about permits (as apparently my town is quite horribly disorganized and lost the first permit filed!)
