"I want to update my previous review... I left a 1.5-star review based on the original visit and the results. Having left this review prompted owner Mark Barry to call me expressing his concern on the results of the original visit. Mark could not have more gracious letting me know that he used my experience as a learning/training opportunity for his technicians to make sure they were taking all necessary steps to produce the desired service visit result including a full refund. As a trainer by profession, I so appreciate his taking this unfortunate situation and turning it into a positive experience for me... the cornerstone of excellent Customer Service! I am happy to now give a 5-star review and will not hesitate to contact Mark for any future projects... thank you, Mark!"
