"Exceptional service beginning with the owner Rich, team leader Wally, and the entire crew. No nonsense professionals, thorough, got the job done quickly with minimal disruption to me and my household pets. They helped with disposal of furniture (foam mattress) and clothing where the mold could not be remediated completely, and even arranged to launder some clothes and linens just "to be safe". Cleanup was impeccably done after the mold was removed, and they were all helpful with tips about next steps including mold-resistant paint for ceilings and other affected areas. "I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"They got back to us right away for an estimate appointment. They arrived on time, explained everything we needed done and what their company would do. Sent us an estimate the same night, which included everything we asked for, including a copy of their certificate to operate. We agreed to contract and signed it the next day. They sent us a date work would be done and arrived on time to do it. Work was done the same day, clean up was done perfectly and we paid them. We were very satisfied with entire process. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future."

I believe the company has corrected this lack of communication and I do recommend this company. They were efficient, polite and their price was great. I did receive an independent report stating all the asbestos was eliminated."

"The young men who removed the asbestos from the pipes in my basement were friendly and took great care to cover doorways so that the material they were removing did not get into non-protected areas. The asbestos was removed completely from the pipes and the basement was left clean and free from any debris. They were real nice young men and I told them to go to College because this kind of work will probably affect their health and their happiness at some point in the future."

"ERS provides excellent customer service. They are VERY responsive on communications; virtually all emails replied to in less than an hour. They came out and inspected the basement (prior to the purchase of the cottage in Westport), gave us a detailed proposal, showed up exactly when they promised, did the work (2.5 days) in a thorough and professional manner, and left the basement in clean condition (as spotless as a basement can be!). The crew members were polite and easy to work with, keeping us informed about the status and progress. The owner has been helpful with questions I've had (unrelated to the mold abatement).
